Supplier Visits
Suppliers and potential suppliers wishing to visit Charter Steel should call 1-800-437-8789 to make an appointment with the appropriate purchasing representative prior to their visit. Normal office hours are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, although special arrangements can be made upon request.
Key Requirements:
- All procurement transactions with Charter Steel must be authorized by the appropriate purchasing personnel and have a valid purchase order number issued before any commodity or service may be provided to Charter Steel.
- As a result of our ISO 14001, IATF 16949:2016, and ISO 9001:2015 certifications, certain suppliers may be required to meet additional requirements.
- All contractors must complete safety and environmental training prior to any on-site work.
