Our Regional Account Managers provide insights into your steel production process to better help you make proactive decisions for your current and future needs. RAMs understand the incredible impact of collaborating with others within your organization to ultimately provide the most viable solutions.
 
With valuable years of experience both at Charter Steel and within the steel industry, RAMs can offer creative solutions quickly. Because of this level of experience, customers are assured that they’re getting the best solutions that keep their business running on all cylinders at all times.

What Do Charter RAMs Do?
 
Our Regional Account Managers are the quarterback for every customer—connected to other Charter Steel experts and work in tandem with Technical Service Engineers (TSEs) and Customer Service Account Representatives (CSARs) to accurately communicate your needs.
 
RAMs are the liaison between you and Charter Steel with one goal: to service your business needs and provide quality product on time. They are continuously involved to ensure product is running smoothly in your operation. RAMs are assigned to your specific location(s) based on territory and areas of expertise, alleviating the need for multiple points of contact.
 
How Do You Get in Touch with RAMs?
 
One of the most beneficial aspects of Charter’s RAMs is their flexibility to communicate based on your needs. If there’s an issue, a question, or anything that needs to be discussed, RAMs respond back with solutions in a timely manner.
 
Their continuous communication with other Charter experts allows RAMs to have the knowledge and answers at the ready to address your questions quickly versus needing to pull others into the conversation.
 
Because RAMs are centrally located, they can often get to your location quickly if necessary. They understand your unique needs and tailor their communication—they will be there when you need them.
 
The Impact of Charter Steel RAMs
 
Based on relationships with TSEs, CSARs, and others throughout Charter Steel such as operations and Product Management, RAMs’ areas of expertise range from supporting your existing production to offering solutions and helping you achieve strategic growth goals.
 
Charter Steel continues to invest in technology as well, allowing RAMs and the rest of your Charter Steel team to have a single customer view through our Customer Relationship Management software, resulting in proactive management of your account to provide the highest level of service.
 
RAMs always have a pulse on their customers’ current and future needs and are more than willing to accommodate to always be the best ally they can be.
